A police helicopter using FLIR (Forward Looking InfraRed) technology, caught on tape the dramatic end of this Florida high speed chase after the suspect takes off on foot running from police around an apartment complex. He doesn’t get far as a police dog quickly catches up to him and brings the chase to a quick end. (2000)
