Wednesday, June 5th, 1996, Newark, New Jersey, USA, 2:34PM. Police chase a jeep through the streets of Newark, New Jersey. First it collides with a van and then takes out a pedestrian. If you look closely you can see that the police car actually runs over him. The suspect gets away as the police attend to the injured man. You can see him moving at the end but its unclear if he actually survived this. This clip was taken from the documentary, Banned From Television (1998).
