George Baker Selection had a world wide hit back in 1975 with the single and LP “Paloma Blanca” on the original LP you find the version of the old Slim Whitman hit “Rose Marie”. So proberly his version of “Paloma Blanca” was his way to say thank for the Dutch version of his hit.
