POLICE TASER A CRAZY GUY

William Mayberry (suspect) was served with a domestic violence injunction previously which ordered him to have no contact with the male victim. The victim advised the defendant arrived at his residence,driving a Ford F-150 pickup. This occurred between 7-8 am The Victim stated the defendant was yelling then rammed the front gate leading onto the property with the truck causing the gate to bend inward. The victim stated he positively identified the defendant as the only occupant of the vehicle. The suspect has willfully, maliciously harassed the victim and made credible threats leaving the victim in fear of his life. The victim advised the defendant has called the residence and repeatedly threatened the victim in the past 30 days. The defendant has called him approximately 150 times making threats to shoot him and burn his house down. Victim stated the defendant is doing this because the suspect is angry about the relationship between the victim’s daughter and himself. Victim stated he is scared the suspect will kill him or his family. While conducting the interview a Pasco Sheriff’s Deputy intercepted a phone call made to the victim. The suspect made verbal threats to return to the residence with a firearm. Defendant was located on the pay phone at US 19 and New York Avenue, Approximately 2 miles from the victim’s home.
